add on "in flight refueling gauge for fsx"

Salut a tous, j'ai recamment télécharger cet add on "In-Flight Refueling Gauge for FSX" mais le problème c'est que je ne sais pas comment l'installer et j'aimmerais savoir si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider.

En faite le pluds gros de mon problème c'est que je sais comment l'installer sauf que c'est en english

:
INSTALLATION
**************
1. Copy the "RefuelingGauge.cab" file (do not unzip the cab file!) to the <Panel> folder of your aircraft.
2. Open the <panel.cfg> file and add the following line to your [Window Titles] section:
Window08=Refueling Gauge
3. Scroll down and add the following lines after your last [WindowXX] section (this is will be just above your virtual cockpit sections):
donc si quelqu'un est un peut biling est ce qu'il pourait m'expliquer comment on fait?

sur google tu tapes google traduction et apres tu copies ce que tu veux traduire dans l emplacement prevu
