It could be some other program blocking the download. First try booting down your computer, then restart. If the problem continues , then turn off internet security and try downloading again .

Yeah, have you tried multiple pushes of the button? It has worked for me, but it was a different button on my joystick . Just a thought , but FSX is a limited program in this area..
