How to upload scenery on rikoooo?

Hi, I've gotten many of my freeware planes from rikoooo in the past, and now that I'm creating scenery airports, I would like to know how to upload freeware scenery to rikoooo. Is there an upload page or do I need a Jumbo Subscription to upload anything to rikoooo?
