GPS

I'm new to using rikoooo and have downloaded some planes. The trouble I'm having is I can't get the 2D cockpit and GPS panels up. It appears I don't have a 2D with my PMDG I'm not sure if it's available with this manufacturer. All I get is a black rectangle and parts of some panels that are way too big. Appreciate some help. The other question I have is do I set my controls up through FSUIPC ?

I have the PMDG 747-400, 737-6/7/800 and the 777-2/300 and the only one with a 2D cockpit, is the 737.
