Nothing Downloaded after Jumbo registration

The files that I've attempted to download are listed in my Download History but these files are never downloaded to my computer.

I can't contact anyone because the contact page does not exist. Where are the files? My Jumbo registration fee was quickly taken but I have nothing for it.

Do you get an error message or anything on the screen once you click on the link to start the download?

This site really sucks for being a paid registration. I just finished replying to your question, hit submit and because I didn't check the CAPTCHA it wiped out all that I wrote. I'm very glad that I only registered for 3 months. I will not be using this site again.

Anyway, No, I get no errors just that when I hit okay at the security window a another window pops-up which normally gives you the choice to choose a download location. That window last only for a few seconds and disappears and nothing is downloaded.

My browser is set to always ask where to download and the default location is the normal Downloads folder.

Hi,

Could you go to simviation.com and download something, if the download does not start then let me know, it will help me to identify your issue and give you a solution.
Or, I can give you a full refund, if you are not satisfied.

I'm not able to login at that site. It is almost as if I'm not registered. I used the same credentials I use to login here.

Did you check your downloads folder?

I had the same issue the 1st time I got the jumbo, my a/v blocked the download and I didn't receive an error message. Disable your A/V and try to download the file/files you are trying to get.
