Hello, does anyone know of a way to get rid of the tinted VC windows?

Ive seen this addressed before and the creator of that aircraft said it's his signature mark so you would have to go into the config of the design itself and remove it to create your own. I found it too difficult so I left it be. Sorry, I couldnt figure it out either.

I have tried it on FSX-SE and it has stopped the swirling cockpit window.

Are you referring to that horrible yellow tint? If so I managed to change it to something better. On the port side I could only change it to a dark tint, but no more yellow.
