There is nice explanation in the documents folder. (PDF)

Simobjects > Airplanes > MV22 folder > Documents

There are some steps you have to follow. The steps are different depending on the position of your nacelles.

Once started you can change the position of your nacelles with the aileron trim buttons.

Read the document completely! The designer did a great job creating this, all is explained in the pdf.
