Carrier ops, no ILS signal

G'day all together
my name is Achim and I'm from Munich. For more that 30 years I am using flight sims, previously FSX, today P3d.
Having a family I usually do short flight, my favourites are carrier landings. I recently installed P3d v4.5 hf3 together with the latest version of Javier's carriers. Unfortunaltely there is no ILS signal at the T-45C Goshawk. So I tried a regualr airport (EDMA) and the ILS approach worked perfectly. Is anybody familiar with this issue? I would highly appreciate some advice of how to get the ILS system working for carrier approaches without using TacPack.
