A380 No Virtual Cockpit or Vehicle Displayed

Hello Folks;
My first time entering in this Forum. I have just downloaded the A380 for PD3 and Concorde and no cockpit or vehicle appear on splash screen or image the menu but its listed:huh: ...could you assist and how to correct?

From what URL did you download the A380 and Concorde, and what P3D do you have?

Thanks for your reply. To answer your question; the file downloaded for the A380, I believe that it was done from this [email protected] https://www.rikoooo.com/downloads/viewdownload/6/277 and I believe I made a mistake because looking back I missed one detail....Compatible with FS20004. My apologies for overlooking that however I will ask if a Pd3v4 comparability its available?
