Hey there,
That is something built in with the model itself and there should be a shortcut to disable/enable it. If the addon comes with a manual, you should be able to find the shortcut to operate the ground equipment. I think SHIFT + 7-9 may populate the window to the ground equipment controls but i could be wrong.
