Install same download to P3D4 and P3D5?

Hi All. I run p3d4.5 and p3d5.3 I have lots of Rikoo freeware downloads, mainly aircraft, they're great! But...it seems I can't install the same download into both p3d4 and p3d5. If I install into one, then try to install into the other, I'm told I have to uninstall the first install. Anyone else have this issue?
