Problem with Egyptair fleet

HI , I would like you to help a little bit. Ive download the Egyptair fleet twice for FSX. And when the installer is about to install the airplanes it shows an "error" message. And I am unable to install it. I have FSX with SP2. Thanks

Are you under Windows 8 ? if yes this is the problem, the installer must be updated, it will be done soon.

I don't speek very good english but I thinh you do uninstall the sp1 and sp2 and install again or download again the egyptair fleet.
