A version with only a 2D panel that is the one of the real Boeing 787 created by G Munro or another version with virtual cockpit / 2D panel which is the default version of the B737 of FSX but improved and adapted to the Boeing 787 (new textures, new gauges etc)  It's up to you, make your choice. Both versions are superb. Note that there is not yet a 3D modeling of 787 virtual cockpits in the freeware version.

The Boeing 787, also known by its nickname Dreamliner, is a long-haul aircraft. Officially launched on April 26, 2004 for commissioning in May 2008, it makes its first flight on December 15, 2009 and is certified on August 26, 2011. The first delivery took place on September 26, 2011 to All Nippon Airways.

This aircraft carries between 210 and 330 passengers depending on versions and configurations, and is more fuel-efficient: according to Boeing's initial specifications, the fuel consumption is 20% lower than that of an Airbus A330 or Boeing 777. (Wikipedia)
