Do the add-ons remain free?
Yes. Add-ons remain free, with or without Jumbo. Your subscription covers download benefits, ad-free browsing and priority support.
One-time payment or automatic renewal?
A one-time payment covers the chosen duration and ends at expiry. With automatic renewal, the displayed amount is charged again at the interval shown. You can request cancellation in your member area or through your payment provider; the paid period is preserved. Cancellation is complete only after the provider confirms it.
How do I use Jumbo in Rikoooo Hub?
Sign in to Rikoooo Hub on your Windows PC with the same Rikoooo account. Your account access is recognised there. Automatic installation, the queue, updates, repair and uninstall remain available to free accounts too.
