I cannot sign in: password, Google or passkey

Start with the method you used for this account: password, Google or a passkey. A Google account with the same email is not enough if you never linked it to Rikoooo.

1. Check the username or email, including spaces accidentally added when copying it.
2. If you forgot the password, select Forgot password and follow the recovery email. Check junk mail too.
3. For Google or a passkey, use a method already linked to the account. A passkey can depend on the device or password manager where it was saved.
4. If two-step verification is requested, use your usual method or a recovery code you already kept.

If you cannot access your mailbox or any saved method, contact Rikoooo with your username and the message. Do not send passwords or recovery codes. Another account does not inherit your library or Jumbo access.
