How do I manage Rikoooo news emails?

Sign in and open Rikoooo emails in Settings and preferences. The message shows the status of your subscription to news emails.

• Subscribed: select Unsubscribe from updates if that button is available. You can also use the unsubscribe link in Rikoooo emails.
• Awaiting confirmation: open the confirmation email and follow its link. If Resend the confirmation email is available, you can request another email. Check your spam folder as well.
• Not subscribed or inactive: select Subscribe to updates and follow the steps in the form.
• Status unavailable: this message does not establish whether you are subscribed. Try again later, or contact Rikoooo if the problem continues.

These preferences cover Rikoooo news. They do not change your password or activate your account. Add-on release updates are followed separately in your library and do not send emails.

If you have also edited your profile, save those changes before reloading the page.
