Rikoooo Hub
The website does not open Rikoooo Hub. What should I check?
Answer
On an MSFS add-on page, open Download and install automatically and select Install now. In your library, use the open-Hub action. A disabled option on another device cannot launch the Windows application.
- Make sure you are using the browser on the Windows PC where Rikoooo Hub is installed.
- Open Hub from Windows, then return to the add-on page or your library and click the button again.
- If your browser asks permission to open Rikoooo Hub, allow it to continue the action you selected.
- Check the Hub window: the add-on page or an installation request may already be open there.
The If Rikoooo Hub does not open… message is guidance. It does not mean the website has detected a failure: the browser does not confirm to the website that the application has started.
Clicking a button on the website also does not prove that the add-on has been installed. Check the outcome in Hub.
If no open-app prompt appears, look for the add-on directly in Hub’s catalogue. If it is missing or the problem continues, tell support the add-on name, your browser and your Hub version.
