Overview

This Alpha Jet E adaptation for FSX depicts the Patrouille de France aircraft with the French Air Force team’s Flyboys texture. Contributors are JP Langer (JP3A), JP Bourgeois (Bee Gee), Benoit Dubé, Sonny, Stephm, lco and Jérôme Severe.

The real Alpha Jet is a tandem-seat twinjet developed for training and tactical support. The prototype first flew at Istres on 26 October 1973, and the Patrouille de France has flown the type since 1981. The paint scheme suits precision practice and formation flying in the simulator.

A separate FS2004 release is available.
