Overview
Kirk Olsson’s Mirage F1 was built in Gmax for FS2004. It comes with four liveries, sounds and an afterburner effect, along with ground details such as wheel chocks.
The swept wing gives the F1 a different outline from the delta-wing Mirages. On the real aircraft, that design choice helped address the requirement for lower approach and landing speeds than those of the early Mirage III.
The aircraft’s low-level penetration role offers a setting for flights following the terrain, as well as higher-altitude displays.
