Overview
This Airbus A350-900 XWB uses Thomas Ruth’s A330-300 virtual cockpit. It therefore does not reproduce the A350 flight deck. Mees Jansen made FSpainter’s model flyable and assembled the FSX and Prepar3D package.
FSpainter created the exterior model and five liveries; sounds are credited to KelvinMckenzieFlightsim. The borrowed cockpit provides a 3D flying environment using the A330 instrumentation chosen for this adaptation.
XWB stands for “Extra Wide Body”. The real A350-900 entered commercial service with Qatar Airways in January 2015, as confirmed by Airbus.
