Overview
Wolfgang Piper’s SZD Bocian v6 for FSX depicts a Polish two-seat glider used for training and performance flying.
The Bocian family, named after the stork, appeared in 1952. Originally a wooden competition sailplane, it later evolved into the 1E training variant during the 1960s.
Those two roles suggest different simulated flights: circuits to practise approaches, or longer routes where finding and using rising air becomes the main task.
