Overview
FlyByWire Simulations’ A32NX reproduces the Airbus A320neo in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. This download contains stable release 2024.1.0 for PC. It is a separate aircraft package from the MSFS 2020 edition, and is not yet a native MSFS 2024 package.
Cockpit and flight preparation
The aircraft includes its own flight-management system, cockpit displays and the flyPad tablet. Prepare a route with SimBrief, configure the aircraft and follow the flight through the MCDU and navigation displays.
This edition adapts the flight model to MSFS 2024 and adds flight-plan exchange with the simulator’s EFB. It also supports a secondary flight plan, wind-aware FMS predictions and FAA/LIDO charts in the flyPad.
Before a first flight, configure your controls and calibrate the throttles. The FlyByWire beginner guide explains the flight phases in order; the recommended settings cover the controls and piloting assists.
Optional companion software
Some external functions use SimBridge, installed and run separately. The aircraft package neither installs nor starts it.
The gallery uses official FlyByWire illustrations; some interfaces may differ between editions.
Created by FlyByWire Simulations and its contributors. The original component licences and source references accompany the download.
Compatibility
Stable 2024.1.0 for MSFS 2024 on PC, using the non-native Community package. The MSFS 2020 edition is separate. Not flight-tested by Rikoooo.
Installation advice
Close the simulator before installation. Rikoooo Hub installs this edition in the detected MSFS 2024 Community folder. Do not install this package into MSFS 2020. If another installer already manages an A32NX copy in the same Community folder, remove or disable that copy with its own tool first. Keep asobo-vcockpits-instruments-airliners at version 0.1.129 or later and fs-base-aircraft-common at version 0.1.125 or later. These official simulator resources are not redistributed. Configure the controls, calibrate the throttles and review the FlyByWire settings before the first flight. SimBridge is installed and started separately for the functions that need it.
Known limitations
The weather radar is inoperative; built-in MSFS ATC and the VFR map are only partly supported. Terrain on the ND, the remote MCDU, external printer, local files and company routes require the separate SimBridge companion. This release uses the non-native Community package.
