Overview
kui’s scenery represents Ganzi Kangding Airport on a Sichuan plateau at an elevation of 4,280 metres. The custom terminal, ground markings and apron provide landmarks for arrivals and departures in the surrounding mountains. The runway is 4,000 metres long and 45 metres wide.
The airport buildings and facilities are accompanied by a second satellite-imagery module covering the immediate airport area. Version 1b adds an RNP approach. An image of the historical approach chart is included in the add-on documents.
Compatibility
MSFS 2020 scenery marked compatible with MSFS 2024 on the author’s listing. The same content is offered for both simulators.
Installation advice
Search for ZUKD in the simulator. Avoid another active scenery for the same airport. ZUKD15.jpg is a historical chart intended for simulation.
Known limitations
Aircraft using independent navigation data may not display the custom approach. Some screenshots use additional regional imagery that is not included.
Release notes
Version 1b adds an RNP approach.
