Overview
The Garonne cuts through Toulouse’s brick rooftops, narrow streets and open squares. Thalixte’s photogrammetry scenery gives these districts their own shape, with the river providing a clear route from Blagnac towards the city centre and its bridges.
Across the city
The Capitole square, canal and sports grounds make useful landmarks in the gallery. The Cité de l’Espace is supplied as a separate module alongside the city. Enter 43.603911, 1.439363 on the simulator map to locate central Toulouse.
Project and installation guides
Thalixte’s Toulouse project page contains the release notes and support discussion. Microsoft’s MSFS 2020 Community folder guide explains how to find the installation location.
Compatibility
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 scenery, with Toulouse and Cité de l’Espace modules. For MSFS 2024, use the author’s separate edition.
Installation advice
Install both Riko_thalixte-toulouse and Riko_thalixte-citeespace into MSFS 2020 Community with the Hub, then restart the simulator. Remove older Toulouse and Cité de l’Espace copies with their original installer to prevent duplicate scenery. The supplied documentation is stored separately from Community.
Known limitations
Photogrammetry is intended for aerial viewing; surfaces and façades may look uneven at close range. This is city scenery rather than a detailed replacement for Blagnac airport. Aircraft shown in the screenshots are not included.
Release notes
Version 2.7 restores the missing Cité de l’Espace. The preceding 2.6 update adapted the scenery for World Update IV.
