Présentation

This is deejing’s native MSFS 2024 edition of the Van’s RV-7. The two-seat homebuilt aircraft is represented with conventional landing gear, two G3X displays, a GNS 530 and a three-blade propeller.

The author revised the 3D model, systems and flight model for this edition. Tip-up and sliding canopy configurations are supplied with several liveries. The package uses the MSFS 2024 modular SimObject structure.

An author’s paint kit for creating liveries is available separately.

Compatibilité

Native package for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. The MSFS 2020 RV-7/RV-7A is a separate edition.

Conseils d’installation

Remove any manually installed MSFS 2024 RV-7 version 1.0.0 or 1.0.01 before using this version.

Limites connues

The author reports that the TDS GTNXi variant does not work correctly in this build. The sliding canopy remains a work in progress.

Notes de version

1.0.1 switches to a modular SimObject, updates the windshield and fixes animations and lights. A TDS GTNXi variant is added, with the limitation described below.
