Overview
Manfred Jahn’s Blackburn Beverley represents a high-capacity four-engine military transport intended for heavy loads and makeshift airstrips. Its robust fixed undercarriage and reversible propellers are characteristic features.
The model includes an ILS- and GCA-capable virtual cockpit, variable-intensity lighting and propeller reverse. No 2D panel is included. The supplied documentation explains the controls and transport-specific functions.
Two liveries are supplied: XB261, a fictional recreation of the third production aircraft, and XM109 in “Middle East” camouflage. Manfred Jahn created the model and textures, Wayne Tudor the flight dynamics, and Ted Wolfgang the sounds.
