Overview
Craig Richardson's Curtiss-Reid Rambler Mk.III for FSX and Prepar3D includes modelled 3D gauges, full animations and custom sounds. Its yellow textures incorporate precomputed, or baked, lighting to bring out surface detail.
The flight dynamics were developed to represent this vintage biplane. Consult the supplied PDF documentation when learning it.
The real Rambler was a Canadian training and sporting aircraft of the early 1930s. Originally built under the Reid name, it became Curtiss-Reid after the company's acquisition; a small number served as Royal Canadian Air Force trainers.
