Overview
Milton Shupe, Tom Falley, Scott Thomas and Mike Hambly's De Havilland DH.80A Puss Moth for FS2004 combines detailed modelling with custom sounds. Four textures are included: Puss Moth, Puss Moth Melrose, Puss Moth Red and Puss Moth Blue.
This high-wing, enclosed-cabin monoplane belongs to the touring aircraft of the 1930s, with two or three seats depending on layout. Its history lends itself to multi-stage routes inspired by travel in that period.
The Melrose texture recalls Jimmy Melrose, who entered the 1934 London–Melbourne race in a Puss Moth named My Hildergarde. He finished third in the handicap section, providing a concrete starting point for a historical route with this model.
