Overview

Andreas Koerner’s ICON A5 is a two-seat amphibian with retractable wheels, suitable for runway and water operations. The 15 December 2018 release features a completely reworked model and virtual cockpit, nine high-resolution textures and new custom gauges, many built with vector graphics.

The instrument panel has a car-like layout. To fold the wings, click Wing Lock at the top of the virtual cockpit. Exterior animations show the folded configuration on the ground.

The package supports FSX SP2, Acceleration and Steam Edition, plus Prepar3D v1 through v4. The update includes a dedicated Prepar3D version covering releases through v4.

Release notes

Updated on 12/15/2018: Model and virtual cockpit completely remodeled, adding nine textures high resolutions, adding a version specially designed for Prepar3D up to version 4+. New custom gauges. Model entirely faithful to reality. Foldable wings: from the VC, you must click on "Wing Lock".
