Overview
The Ilyushin Il-76MD for FS2004 by Ilya Kulikov (Monumentum), Kirill Konovalov and Denis Urban centres on a detailed, fully modelled virtual cockpit with 3D instruments and HD textures.
The available documentation is in Russian. Download Manual335-Il76.zip (25.8 MB) for familiarisation. A separate FSX edition is available for that simulator.
The real Il-76, NATO reporting name “Candid”, is a four-engine transport that first flew on 25 March 1971. Its large hold and loading ramp supported heavy freight, military transport and humanitarian relief work.
