Overview
This Ilyushin Il-86 for FSX and FSX Steam is a detailed simulation supplied with Russian documentation. Allow time to identify the controls and study the procedures before flying. A tool such as Google Translate can help with the relevant passages.
The package includes modelled 3D instruments, sounds from the real aircraft and three liveries: AFL-DoN, Atlant-Soyuz and Air Force, the latter using the Aimac model. Contributors are Stepan Gritsevsky, VortexMX, Kirill Konovalov and Serg Popkov, with flight dynamics by Sergey Dubovitsky.
The real Il-86 was the first Soviet widebody airliner, with two aisles in its passenger cabin.
