Myasishchev VMT Atlant 0GT FS2004

Nick Needham and Brett Hoskins’ VM-T Atlant recreates the Soviet space programme’s carrier aircraft in FS2004. The package offers four configurations with different external loads, together with sounds and smoke effects.

Check fuel quantity and total weight before departure. The guidance supplied for this version calls for three notches of flap. Planning for the selected load is part of flying this unusual transport.

Also known as the 3M-T, the real VM-T was converted from the Myasishchev 3M bomber. It carried the Buran orbiter airframe and large Energia rocket components above its fuselage. Twin fins helped the tail remain effective with these bulky external loads in place.
