Swiss Air Rescue (REGA) (German: Schweizerische Rettungsflugwacht) (in Italian Guardia di aerea svizzera soccorso) named simply REGA is a Swiss aid organization. It provides medical assistance at the scene of an accident. Private foundation, non-profit, its headquarters is in Kloten in the canton of Zurich.

REGA is the acronym Rettungsflugwacht (in German) and Air Guard.
