Fokker T.5 bomber for FSX and P3D

Here is a magnificent representation of the Fokker T.5. The process of creating this add-on started in September 2014. It has been a long journey, but it was well worth it. Thanks to Daan Kaasjager for this fabulous job. Such devotion and quality for Freeware remains exceptional.

The model for the simulators include a FULLY modeled AND functional nose-to-tail interior, a detailed exterior, high resolution texture maps with spec and bumps and a realistic Pegasus sound set. Besides that, multiple functions are enhanced by custom sounds.
Next to the visuals, much effort have been put into systems modeling. The main systems are custom-coded and function according to the original documentation and operating instructions. Next to that, a working bombsight is included. A detailed checklist is provided, as well as YouTube flight instructions. Historical backgrounds, operating details and functional description is found in a comprehensive manual.

The Fokker T.5 was a late 1930's design, featuring a mid-wing, mixed construction, two Bristol Pegasus radial engines and a crew of 5. Sixteen aircraft have ever been built, all of which were purchased and operated by the Dutch Air Force (some subsequently captured by the Luftwaffe). It could carry a bomb load up to 1200 kg, having an offensive nose cannon and three defensive gun positions. T.5 crews flew a number of notable unequal battles against an overwhelming German air superiority.
