The Hawker Hunter was a British jet fighter capable of supersonic flight in shallow dive. He made his first flight in 1951 and was built in total to nearly 2,000 copies, used by over twenty countries until the late 1990s. Much appreciated by drivers, Hunter showed good performance for the time being both fast, highly manoeuvrable and robust. In 2011, only the Air Force in Lebanon is still using this aircraft in operational service, but other devices are implemented by private companies.
