Selected, tested add-ons, ready to install.

Rikoooo is not an endless file dump. We select quality freeware add-ons for flight simulation, test them, improve them, then package them with the Rikoooo automatic installer.

The value is in the preparation. The goal is simple: save time for virtual pilots, reduce difficult manual installations and keep a useful library for MSFS, Prepar3D, FSX and FS2004.

The Rikoooo method

A good add-on is more than a downloadable archive. It has to be found, checked, understood, installed correctly and presented clearly so the virtual pilot knows what to expect before downloading.

Selection

Choosing what is worth keeping

Rikoooo prefers a smaller but more reliable library, with aircraft, scenery, utilities and packs that bring real value inside the simulator.

Testing

Checking before publishing

Files are reviewed, organized and presented with useful information: compatible simulator, size, version, screenshots and available ratings.

Installation

Adding the Rikoooo auto-installer

Every add-on is delivered with the Rikoooo automatic installer to make installation more direct and more accessible.

What Rikoooo is not

  • It is not a store selling freeware add-ons as products.
  • It is not an automatic mirror that publishes everything without selection.
  • It does not replace creators: authors and their work remain central.

What Rikoooo adds

  • A selected library of quality add-ons for MSFS, Prepar3D, FSX and FS2004.
  • Packages that are tested, prepared and improved for a cleaner experience.
  • Readable pages that help users understand the content before downloading.
  • Continuity for older simulators when the add-ons still have real value.

An independent project

Rikoooo.com was created in 2005 by Erik Bender, an aviation, travel and IT enthusiast. The site grew around a simple idea: help virtual pilots enjoy good add-ons without turning installation into a technical obstacle.

Rikoooo remains independent. Donations, the Jumbo plan and advertising fund hosting, bandwidth, maintenance and the time needed to keep preparing files properly.
