Lockheed Martin offers us Prepar3D v4 and v5 now native for 64-bit systems and VR compatible. Prepar3D engages users in immersive training through realistic environments. Ideal for commercial, academic, professional, or military instruction.
P3D V4 itself Sometimes crashes when an aircraft crashes on the deck of the USS Nimitz. After the P3D crash - I restart P3D V4 (not a PC restart) the ‘Add-ons’ Tab is missing, and therefore I cannot restart the USS Nimitz. The only way to get the ‘Add-ons’ Tab back is to reboot the computer. This does not happen for every aircraft crash on the Nimitz. This happens on more than one simulator. Is there any recommendations like the way the aircraft carriers should be installed; Any suggestions?
Check add-ons you have put into P3D. Some aircraft ( Freeware can cause program crashes ) If this problem started right after a freeware download , delete that add-on , then reboot the system and see if it happens again. Coding conflicts are a common problem currently . The other issue is downloading with internet security turned on.
