Hi name is Ryan Lowery I downloaded the Harrier Jump Jet and I extended the Nozel for me to do a vertical takeoff but would not let me.

Hi Ryan, I discovered that the problem can be resolved by reducing the amount of fuel you are carrying. The configuration of the thrust ratio to weight isn't set properly.
Go to settings on your opening page and reduce fuel by about 50% initially. You can always increase it to see what works for you.
