Présentation

Thalixte’s Nice Enhanced covers the waterfront, harbour, central neighbourhoods and surrounding hills. Photogrammetric buildings and roads provide landmarks for visual flights along the Baie des Anges and into the nearby hills.

This edition revises colours and blending with the simulator landscape. Tiles are cut around buildings and roads to leave more space for simulator-generated trees. The terrain uses revised elevation data, and coverage extends beyond the city centre.

Compatibilité

Shared scenery for MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024, with 2024 compatibility stated on the author’s listing. The two Nice modules complement each other.

Conseils d’installation

Avoid another active installation of Nice City or Nice Enhanced. Check coexistence with an LFMN airport scenery or another photogrammetric coverage of Nice.

Limites connues

This is city scenery and does not replace a detailed LFMN airport. Overlaps have been reported with some separately supplied Nice airports.

Notes de version

1.2 restores the original-resolution textures. Version 1.1 revises elevation data.
