Rikoooo Hub
The catalogue is empty or Hub installation is unavailable. What should I check?
Answer
In Hub’s catalogue, clear the search and inspect the filters under Advanced search first. A filter can hide results without making the catalogue unavailable.
- No add-ons available: the catalogue currently offers no content in this context. This does not mean your installations have been removed.
- Catalogue unavailable: check your Internet connection and use the retry action. Add-ons already installed remain on your computer.
- Hub package unavailable: the website cannot offer installation of this version. Return to the page later or report the problem.
- Verification failed: Hub cannot validate the installation file. Refresh the catalogue before trying again; do not bypass the check.
- Incompatible Hub version: check whether an application update is offered in settings.
If an operation started and then failed, check its result in the activity screen, Activité, before running it again.
If the problem continues, contact Rikoooo with the add-on name, Hub version, simulator and exact message. A screenshot of the error can help; hide your account details.
