The Republic of Sakha, a large Siberian expedition
Yakutia occupies a huge area of north-eastern Siberia. This plan is not a comfortable airline route: it is an expedition through Arctic circle, tundra, taiga, short fields and very long distances.
Andrey Anta’s sceneries provide support points in a region often poor by default. The pilot must choose legs, fuel stops and daylight windows.
A gigantic territory in north-eastern Siberia.
Preparation matters as much as flying.
Plan fuel, short fields and cold weather.
References are rare on some legs.
Understanding the flight
The page is mainly an adventure. Some points are stops, others are references or possible solutions.
Accept slow progression, with flight days that feel like real logistical decisions.
Before departure
- Install the Republic of Sakha / Yakutia scenery if you use it.
- Remove problematic seasonal trees if needed.
- Check runway length, fuel and weather before every leg.
- Do not try to land everywhere: choose the stops that serve your progression.

Experience tips
This route is long: treat it as a campaign with pauses and notes.
Success comes from caution. One well-prepared leg is better than a heroic crossing.
