Douglas C-47R Skytrain FSX & P3D

This Douglas C-47R Skytrain is version 3.14 beta with fixes, for FSX SP2/Acceleration, FSX Steam Edition and Prepar3D v3/v4. The May 2018 update adds 64-bit gauges to restore click sounds in P3Dv4, but Douglas_C47.dll remains 32-bit, so not every component has been converted.

The virtual cockpit and cabin are fully 3D, with detailed modelling throughout. Read the supplied PDF documentation before the first flight to become familiar with this piston-engine transport. The readme_fixes.txt file explains the corrections included in this edition.

The project brings together Jan Visser and Digital Dakota Works, Manfred Jahn, Ted “Tufun” Wolfgang and their team. The authors authorised distribution through Rikoooo. Video tutorials and additional liveries have also been published separately for the aircraft; check the intended model version before adding them.
