Overview

This North American XB-70 Valkyrie for FSX and Prepar3D combines Massimo Altieri’s model with Bob Chicilo’s update. The 2D panel is more complete than the virtual cockpit. Press L to activate the afterburner effect.

Two real prototypes were built. After the second was lost in a collision on 8 June 1966, the first continued supersonic research until 1969; the accident did not immediately end the programme.
