Overview
The AlphaSim B-1B Lancer for FS2004 includes four liveries, custom sounds, a virtual cockpit and a bomb-dropping feature. Animated components include the variable-sweep wings, bomb bays, cockpit hatch and dorsal speedbrake.
Use these controls to operate the model:
- Flap command: wing sweep and leading-edge slats.
- Left or right stick input: automatic spoilerons and elevons.
- Shift + E: cockpit hatch; Shift + E, then 2: bomb bay doors.
- /: dorsal speedbrake; Ctrl + W: crew visibility.
- Shift + 2: electrics panel; Shift + 3: radios; Shift + 4: throttles; Shift + 5: GPS.
With spoilerons active, keyboard input can make the spoilers pop up because of a simulator limitation. Use a slider or axis for gradual movement. The afterburners engage automatically and apply a corresponding thrust increase to the flight model.
This edition is for FS2004. The FSX release has its own page.
