Overview
This special edition of Samdim Design’s Tupolev Tu-114 and Tu-126 was adapted to FSX by Andreas Rotowski. It includes three models and three liveries, a virtual cockpit, an elaborate 2D panel and a fully modelled 3D cabin that can be explored from inside.
Custom sounds include the seat-belt and no-smoking signals. Read the English manual before flying; it is included in the package and available online as Manual.html.
The real Tu-114 was a long-range airliner derived from the Tu-95 and powered by four Kuznetsov NK-12 turboprops. Aeroflot used it on routes including Moscow–Havana and Moscow–Tokyo, providing two historical itinerary ideas. The Tu-126 was the family’s airborne early-warning derivative.
