Overview
AlphaSim’s Tupolev Tu-16 Badger is supplied as a native FSX/Prepar3D adaptation by LLS, with P3Dv4 panel fixes by Rikoooo. Version 3 includes a virtual cockpit, a 2D panel and simulated releases of several bomb types. Consult the documentation for these functions.
The real Tu-16 was a Soviet twin-engine bomber designed in the early 1950s. The model provides animated crew hatches and bomb-bay doors alongside separate systems panels:
- Shift+E: bomb bay.
- Shift+E, then 2, 3 or 4: crew hatches.
- Shift+2: autopilot.
- Shift+3: radios.
- Shift+4: GPS.
- Shift+5: starter panel.
- I: smoke trail.
