Overview
Roland Laborie’s Vought F-8 Crusader was adapted from FS2004 to FSX and Prepar3D by Danny Garnier. This port-over includes a virtual cockpit, twelve liveries across several versions, custom sounds and numerous animations, including gunfire, bombs and missiles. Afterburner effects are also included.
The real F-8 is a supersonic carrier fighter, distinguished by its intake beneath the nose and variable-incidence wing. The documentation introduces the model’s particular features before you use them.
The complete French-language guide appears below as illustrated pages and is also included in the download. It covers the introduction, animations, effects, instruments, variants and additional functions. Laurent Correia, Jean-Pierre Langer and Jean-Pierre Bourgeois are also credited for the aircraft.
