Airbus A300B Prototype 2 for FSX and P3D

This is a great mod, it's a complete package, given with a 3D exterior model of rare precision, specific sounds, a virtual cockpit as close as possible to reality, detailed animations and a simple manual for cockpit use. 100% compatible with Prepar3D v4 and v5 without forgetting FSX, all versions.

The sounds have been studied to approach maximum realism. This mod includes a single livery which is divided into two parts, on one side Air France and on the other the company Iberia as was the real aircraft in its B2 development phase.

The Airbus A300B was an airliner for medium-range flights. It was the first prototype produced by Airbus and the first twin-engine widebody, only two examples were produced, the B1 and the B2 (the B2 is the version present in this package). This model was powered by two General Electric CF6 engines of 220 kN thrust.

Airbus developed the A300 to enter the medium-range airliner market and replace the B727 to compete with the DC-10 and the TriStar.

Airbus presented its new aircraft with a series of innovations still in force today on its recent models. Like for example a new wing, more efficient overall aerodynamics, or a new way of working materials to reduce weight.

It is the first "widebody" aircraft. The A300 was also the first airliner with a cockpit that required only two pilots.
