Belarus, a compact light-aircraft loop
Belarus works well as a single-engine loop: manageable distances, readable terrain and Andrey Anta add-on sceneries to enrich the fields.
The route links Polotsk, Vitebsk, Minsk, Lida, Grodno, Bobruysk, Gomel, Mozyr, Pinsk, Kobryn and Brest without turning the country into an endless list of stops.
A clear loop through north, centre, west and south.
A simple aircraft is more than enough.
Andrey Anta’s sceneries enrich the network.
VOR, NDB and map complete the flight.
Understanding the flight
The plan keeps a reasonable scale. It shows the country without trying to be exhaustive.
The add-on sceneries provide enough points to extend the route if desired, but the main loop remains readable.
Before departure
- Install the available Belarus sceneries if you use them.
- Remove problematic vegetation files if needed.
- Keep weather gentle to appreciate the geography.
- Prepare the loop in two sessions: north-centre, then west-south.

Experience tips
This is a perfect quiet afternoon route in a light aircraft.
If you add stops, keep the loop logic rather than a zigzag with no reading.
