Boeing CH-46 Sea Knight FSX & P3D

Virtavia’s Boeing CH-46 Sea Knight for FSX and Prepar3D is former payware now available free of charge. It includes one model and three liveries, with detailed textures and reflective surfaces for the HH-46D. The native FSX model uses bump mapping and self-shadowing.

The rear ramp is the primary exit; the side door and steps are the secondary exit. The virtual cockpit has several animations and selected clickable switches. The 2D panel mode provides a rear-cabin view and custom pop-ups for radios and switches.

Dedicated CH-46 sounds, crew figures, a full checklist and reference files are supplied. These help introduce the tandem-rotor transport helicopter, which entered service in 1964 and was widely used by the US Marine Corps and Navy.
